How to Order
Request a Quote
Agencies may request quotes through the NASA SEWP online Quote Request Tool (QRT), or contact our SEWP team directly for pre-quote assistance, scope questions, or configuration support. We monitor the QRT and respond to all applicable RFQs, RFIs, and Market Research Requests.
Receive Our Quote
All quotes are provided through the SEWP QRT with a verification file matching quoted items and pricing against the SEWP database of record.
Place the Order
Once Greenside Solutions is selected, the ordering Contracting Officer submits the delivery order or task order to the NASA SEWP Program Management Office at sewporders@sewp.nasa.gov. Orders received by Greenside Solutions directly will be forwarded to the SEWP PMO.
Delivery & Support
Start of performance dates, schedules, and milestones are established in the applicable task order. Performance status is maintained in the SEWP system and updates are provided upon request. Accepted payment methods are Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Government Purchase Cards.
Fair Opportunity
Contractors are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including through the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order; all such documentation is maintained by the issuing procurement office.
Scope of Offerings
Greenside Solutions offers only IT solutions and services listed under its SEWP VI contracts and included in the SEWP database of record. In response to Government RFIs issued as market research, items not yet on contract may be identified, clearly marked as not yet available on the SEWP contract, consistent with SEWP VI terms.
Warranty
Greenside Solutions holds SEWP VI awards in Categories B and C, which cover IT services. For any products delivered incidental to a services order, standard commercial warranties are included in the price and extended warranties are available upon request. Service levels and performance standards are established in the applicable task order.
